Default Protek Prodigy 610 Duo Issues

Hey all,

I picked this charger up a couple of weeks ago and have had issues charging on the second channel. Charging on the first channel is no issue but when attempting to charge on the second channel (without charging on the first channel at the same time) I get the "connection break" or "input voltage error" message. I have double checked the settings and connection but cannot get the second channel to work. Also, when I attempt to charge on the second channel it occasionally turns itself off. My power supply is adequate for the charger and my friend has used the same charger and power supply for 6 months with no issue.

Any help would be appreciated.

Did you get any resolution on this issue? Mine just started doing exactly the same thing on channel 2. I have swapped all of the wires, balance boards ect.

I have had mine since Jan and it just started doing it. A few others at our track have had them much longer with no issues at all. I'll call Amain in the morning and see what they say. I know they will take care of the issue, I was just wondering if someone had encountered the same thing and found a DIY solution.

I've had mine for some time with no issues (and the 610 non-Duo). I think even if you get a DIY fix, you'd be better off having A Main exchange it.
