I bought a prodigy 65 charger. The instructions arent great so I am not sure. When in storage mode does this charger balance the batteries as well as put them at a storage charge? Or does it have to be in balance mode to do this? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Agree, the only time balancing really matters is at full charge.

Balancing at any discharge level will require balancing in the other direction while charging, basically all wasted time. If imbalance at storage is enough to be troubling it's time to recycle the pack.
