Default Servo Stutters

Havoc Spec brushless with ballistic motor, Futaba 2PL 2.4ghz TX and RX, Futaba S3003 standard servo (new).

On neutral then slight turn on steering then back to neutral, servo slightly stutters. What could be the problem? Bad RX or TX or servo?

Any solution?

Thanks.

Probably just from the servo potentiometer telling servo motor it needs to be in slightly different position. This has more to do with the resolution that the servo's circuitry is capable of maintaining.

Higher quality analog and digital servos don't do this.

One thing you can try doing is remove servo horn from servo, turn radio tx and rx on, then replace servo horn on centered servo. Just in case mechanical binding in your steering was causing this issue.

Thanks for your reply but this is the first time I encountered this on a standard servo. Nothing is binding on the steering links so Im assuming it's the radio's steering potentiometer, prolly dirty or something. Ill try to spray some WD40 and see if it works.
