Whats going on with Jlap software ?

Whats going on with Jlap software ?
I am currently looking at upgrading my lap counting program.I try to go to Jlap's website(www.jlapracemanager.com) and a unknown domain box comes up .So i tried a different computer just in case and it still does not go to the site and a for sale /renew domain box comes up like the site is no longer available.Is this just a error or are they out of business or something.
I also notice that a couple of tracks that use Jlap and have there results downloaded online to Jlaps website .The link doesn't work either!same domain box appears.
If anyone know's what going on with Jlap ,please post here.
