Ok heres the deal. i want to get 2 Savox SC-1267SG servos. Which operate on 7.4 volt. Battery. Now im new to high end servos so will they both be powered at 7.4 or will that power be split between the 2? Being tha ti have a venom 2100 mah lipo? or would i have to have a 14.8 volt rx pack.

The Rx pack should only be 7.4 depending on the car you are driving tells you what L W H the pack needs to be. Also make sure your Rx can handle 7.4 volts. Most rx's will handle but there are a few that won't.

Not if you keep the wiring in parallel (re. plugged into the RX). Now if you wire those servos in series ........ That's another story and why would you?
