just got a hpi blitz put in my receiver plugged servo into 1,esc into 2. Turned m11 on waited 3-5 sec plugged battery in. Sidewinder sct has all 3 lights on making noise. I have no trottle or steering please HELP

Plugged a battery in, do you mean the main pack to the ESC, or a receiver pack to the receiver?

did you calibrate the radio and the esc? you'll have to calibrate it if you had the esc unplugged from the receiver..

Assuming it's a 2.4ghz radio, did you bind the receiver?

its a 75fm I reckon I gotta find the directions on binding !

For an am or fm radio there's no binding, you just need the same frequency crystals in both tx and rx.

I have the same matching crystals in both . The esc has all 3 lights come on may just run up to lst tomorrow after work.
