I just bought a Tekin RS Pro. When I plug everything in, I get steering but the esc does not light up at all.,

The battery IS charged. I tried a receiver pack and again, steering yes, but the esc does not light up. Any ideas?

It sounds like an improper connection somewhere. I think the most common mistake is the three small wires where the ESC connects to the reciever. Many of these connectors will allow you to plug this in backwards. If you are certain all connections are proper you should give Tekin a call, they will be glad to help you.
