Power supply question

I was wondering how many amp power supply would i need to charge 2 4s packs at 1c???? Im thinking of getting a Protek super pro 20. Would this give me enough power?

To charge 2 x 5000mah sized 4s packs in parallel at 1c requires a charger with at least 168 watts output

Power supply needs to be rated 20% higher so 190 watts or so
