Default settings on the radio

hey there racers and bashers alike, im new to rc and dont know how to set up my radio to make my car easier to drive cause im always at thr track and can only do a few laps without crashing instead of goin a long time and i think it is due to the fact that i need to kno how to make the car easy to drive with the radio and with the handling of the car
