M11X Binding Help

I am trying to bind my M11x to a couple of the M11 RX's and its not working. I have changes the type to FHS2 and it still doesnt work. Any help here would be great.

hold the bind button on the receiver, then turn on connect the batt.

the blue LED light should flash.

then press bind on the transmitter.
