acthunder680 charger problem
 

I ordered it from hobbypartz. When attempting to charge I get a detecting battery message then "HOTA CHARGER". Will not go into charge mode and have not been able to get a response yet from hobbypartz.

Any idea of what this might be? Don't want to go through the RMA process if it's not needed. I appreciate the help ahead of time.
