I contacted them once by email, got my response within an hour. But the guy was super rude about his answers on what to do. Now that i have another problem, i emailed them again yesterday early afternoon, and nothing...

Now I know they can be busy. I understand that, but i like to talk in person more. You can get a better understanding of whats going on. But so far nothing.

Great Planes distributorship has a number listed for them here but I dunno if that's current or not.
