Default Castle Sidewinder NO reverse?

hello all,
I have a Castle sidewinder esc with 4600kv motor that has just gone on the fritz. My problem is when I put the car in reverse, the car does not move. Forward works as does the brake. I have noticed that the esc flashes RED rapidly, when full reverse is applied. I have tried calibrating it a couple of times but it still has the same problem.

Any ideas on how to fix my problem?
thanks

bring it to someone who has castle link so they can turn reverse on. Even if you re calibrate it, the esc will still keep the same settings. Somehow in calibrating it you probably went further into the menu than you meant to. Either that or call castle and have a tech guide you through the menu to enable it again.

The esc comes stock set to reverse lock out, this means you are able to break all the way through the stroke of the trigger and then come back to neutral and begin reversing. Your esc could also be set to no reverse, in which, you would have no reverse ( ).

Calibrate it to the radio again and then use the castle link to program it. When your done there will be no question if its right.
