I've looked for this many times and I can never come across replacement parts for that one

Technically the gears set are Titanium so they are indestructible but I read some where that there is a carbonite hear in it that might wear out, correct me if I am wrong though.

Have you tried e-mail to Hi-Tec? They might be able to fix it for you free of charge.

You are correct. Guess I should have specified the Carbonite gear. The ti gears are fine. Email is my next course of action but the one I dredd the most as responses don't normally come quick. Hopefully I'm wrong.

E-mails are fine but when I really want something taken care of, I call and talk to a real person.

i have wrecked both the karbonite and the titanium gears in my 7955 at different times. only way i was able to get replacements was to call hitec direct.
