Tekin T8 rotor replacement

Is there anywhere that I can purchase a replacement rotor for my Tekin T8 1700kv motor without having to send it into tekin? thanks.

TT2371 - 4030 Buggy Rotor
TT2372 - 4038 Truggy Rotor

Should be about $40-50.
