Default Lipo Compatible Brushed Esc

Hey guys!

I've just started to convert from NiMH's to Lipos - rather than immediately buying a heap of brushless combos for my cars and wasting all the money I have spent on half decent brushed motors, I'm hoping I can find some cheap Lipo compatible brushed esc's.

Can anyone suggest some models or even better add links to where I can find them

It doesn't matter if they are new or second hand.

Thanks for the help.

Dave.

My LRP QC3s have a LiPo cutoff mode. I'm not sure of any other ESCs off the top of my head....

You could always just buy a low voltage cutoff. You can use that on any esc.

The Novak lipo cut-off unit works great.

Cheers guys. Are the low voltage alarms ok to use? I would have thought that because Lipos seem to have more punch than NiMH's it might cause some damage to the Esc/Motor?

Thanks for the assistance thus far.

Dave.
