Losi 810 problems?

i have had nothing but problems with my new losi 810 regarding loss of signal. I have lost signal a ton of times and cant understand y, its basically brand new can anyone relate?

Well, All I can say is answer these questions:

1: distance it cuts out at?

2: Does the buggy Runaway?

3: Receiver Pack being used?

4: upgraded servo?
