Default Thunder Power 610 AC/DC Voltage Error?

I just purchased the Thunder POwer 610 AC/DC charger and keep getting Voltage Error or Wrong Polarity Error. I have everything hooked up correctly and when I use the same charge leads and balance board on friend's 610C charger it works fine. I tried charging at 7.5 amps and below and at different charge levels and with CCM on and off. Did I just get a bad charger? Also when I went to the Thunder Power RC website, it is no longer available? Does anyone have their contact info (email and phone) so I can contact them tomorrow? Thanks.
