My M11 has a 93724 modual in it am stuck using the 92724 rx or is there others I can use?

You can use the new 92524 receiver.. Its about $60 MSRP.

Or, you can find a Spektrum module and RX'er for around $120 sometimes on Ebay. Spektrum is making a new batch sometime this year, so stores will have inventory (I am waiting for one too. )
