Default Charging a D size Rechargeable

I have 2 Tenergy 10,000mah D size batteries for my glow ignitor. How many amps can I charge these at. I am assuming it is not based off mah like in lipos, ex. 5000mah can charge at 5 amps.
I don't think these would be charged at 10 amps. I read on the website fast charging at 4000mah or 4 amps would take 3 hours. I plugged one into a wall plug charger overnite and it seemed like it barely charged. The wall chatger is rated at 150mah/hour. That would take like over 60 hours to charge. Anyone know what I mean here.
Thanks

Terry

Based on some experience with some of their smaller batteries, the 4 amp recommendation seems reasonable. I agree, the wall wart 150ma is way too little for those.
