Default what POWER SUPPLY to buy for Hyperion E0S0730i net 3

the topic says it all

what would you guys recommend for my 730i net 3 charger as a power supply????

the 1000 watt is too expensive from protek

the 20amps seems good but i would love to have the max out of it since if i ever re-sale it people will ask will it output really 550w at 30amp?

Here's the high dollar approach, you can get this without the pfc for ~$!00 less -

There's not really a good solution for a 1000watt PS right now. I use a 42amp 12v server supply - one of the others sold be Feathermerchant that's much quieter to. Runs my iCharger 3010b at 500watts and I have 30amps. I'm undecided on what to do myself about going to 1000watts.

i really don't need 1000 watts:P

i need a cheap alternative

my charger can take 550w max and 30 amps

I had a spare 450W PC power supply laying around that has 28 amp on a single 12 v rail... I converted that and it is awesome! Look for PS's that only have the 1 12v rail.

this one puts out 50a...

Cheaper..34a

Be aware that charger requires a 24-29 Volt supply for full power. 300W at 13.6V.

Common for most of the big chargers.

I purchased a 730i not too long ago and I have been using a 24v/20a PC PS it was not expensive at all and it is awesome. Here is my post, go about half way down the page:
