Motor direction can be changed in a few different ways

Direction can be changed in the ESC

If you are using a sensorless motor then you can simply swap any two motor wires

Cheers

Have you tried calibrating the speed control with the radio? Novaks don't seem to care if your throttle channel (2) is set to normal or reverse, they should calibrate either way. However, if after calibration it still runs in reverse, then set channel 2 on the radio to REV and calibrate it again. Not sure what you are asking about channel 3. Novak has manuals on their web site if you need help calibrating the speed control.
