Post ESC damage?

Hi all,
I am runing an electric buggy (B44.1) with 2 lipo saddle-pack batteries. My car was cutting out on the track, just stopping, then running, then stopping. At first I thought it may be radio interference, but that was out of the question,im running a digital 2.4GHz. Then I FINALLY traced it to power being cut-off from my esc. I found that it was due to the jumper wire (wire connecting the two saddle-pack batteries) having an intermittent open circuit. So when i shook this jumper wire it stopped power to my ESC (LRP SXX TC Spec V.2), power on, off, on, off, on ,off rapidly.... as i shook the wire. My question is, when I was trouble shooting and this power was coming on, off, on, off rapidly to the ESC, can this have damaged the ESC in any way? (The ESC is running fine, and I have obviously replaced that jumper wire).
...ESC is operating normal, but im just paranoid it could have did something to my ESC, or anything else...?

If it runs fine, continuing to run it probably won't make it worse so add a "+1" to going until the magic smoke comes out.

Doubt that any damage was done to the ESC and should be good to go! Glad you found your issue and are back racing!
