hey guys, i just purchased a new 4PKS to replace my old 4PK and i wanted to transfer all the model from the old one to the new 4PKS.
i read the manual that it can be done.

where can i find this DSC cord? it looks to me like its just a normal servo wire. if i were to rig my own male to male servo wire, will it work?

i have about 25 different settings and model in the old 4PK radio and cant be bothered entering it all in the new 4PKS one by one.

Looks like a servo extension, but with male conn on both ends. If its really important, I wouldn't take the chance that the wiring is some how diff an get what you know will work.

yes it is just a male to male servo plug and its not hard to do i had to do the same thing when i had a 4pk

i rig my own DSC cord. plug it in to both 4PK and 4PKS. start data transfer and it didn't work.

im trying to transfer data from older 4PK to newer 4PKS.

i put the 4PKS to receive and within 30 sec i put 4PK to transfer.
it says receive error on the 4PKS???

any idea what might be wrong?

tried the other way around (4PKS to 4PK) and still wouldn't work.

will it even work transferring data from 4PK to 4PKS
