Cool Suitable receiver battery ?

Just bought a futaba 4pks and some hitec servos hs-7985mg and hs-7955tg and am wondering a life battery for the receiver would be okay?
I have the futaba R614FF receiver that can accept up to 8.4 volts.
But the specs on the hitec servos say operating voltage from 4.8 to 6.0V.
Would a life battery (6.7Volts) for the receiver be okay or would the higher voltage affect the life of the servos?

Do a search on those servos and believe you'll find that there are many using them with lipo at the full 8.4v. They should be fine at full 7.2v LiFe voltage.

Just be sure your charger can charge life.
