Default duratrax de10

Any help for a duratrax de10? Brand new, fired up just fine then thought I would play with the settings and now I can't get it back to the factory setup. I follow the instructions but noticed that now the tones that should come from the motor as signals are very, very low in volume. When I first plugged it up, the tones were very audible. I have gone through the drill to restore the factory setting three times and while it appears that I get the proper light flashes, I never have any power going to the motor. Radio gear is a almost new Futaba 3PL and receiver, steering servo works fine and of course the ESC sees the signals from the transmitter as I step it through the reset process.

Thanks for any clues or help you can provide!

Sensor Error: The red LED should be off for 1 second,
then flash three times repeatedly.

I would be sure that your sensor cable is securely plugged to both the motor and the ESC. I had this error once while trying to use a Novak Ballistic motor. It turned out that the motor had a bad sensor assembly and needed replaced.

Are you running a sensored or sensorless motor? The default setting is sensored. If settings have changed, this might be what is causing the issue. Also be sure that the ESC is programmed correctly for the type of battery you are using (NiCD/MH) is default. If using a LiPo, the settings will need to be adjusted. In either case, if you are programming manually, a great suggestion is to try to the handheld programmer for it. It really makes things much easier.
