Default HELP Please!!!

I just bought a hyperion EOS0606I because it said it would charge all 2s-6s lipo batteries. I bought a bunch of protek batteries because i thought they were high quality and pretty common (they are always on back order) further more it is the only one i could find to fit my mugen radio box, I HATE THIS RADIO BOX!!!

they even sent an extra balanacing harness the fits the 3 prong batterry addapters BUT it does not still work with protek batteries. I don't know what to get or what to do, it is so damn confusing. I can find some that fit protek batteries but only work with protek chargers and vice versa. The 2 balancing harness's they sent charge like 100 different batteries, but won't charge proteck? how lucky am I? How stupid is protek to mass produce batteries that wont work with the most common charger???

FRUSTRATING! it's a stupid hobby sometimes, an my wife is even yelling at me telling me how dumb i am for buying the wrong stuff.

Ok, i feel a little better.

any help is appreciated.

Hyperion chargers come with the balance board that fits their own battery packs. ProTek RC batteries use XH plugs, which are common among many manufacturers.

This is the balance board you'll need to charge ProTek batteries on your charger:

Or you can use this balance board, which is from Hyperion:

I'm guessing that the batteries you need a charge lead for use bullet plugs? In that case, you'll need something like this:

(Note: We're currently out of stock on this item but should have more in 2-3 weeks)

it turns out i do have the right balancing board, but when i plug it all in it says "connector" detected but then says "battery" not detected?

Everything is correct in the menu / cells, lipo, charge rate, and capacity.

What am i doing wrong?

That sounds like a charge lead problem. Make sure the charge lead is plugged into the battery and charger correctly, and that there are no broken or loose solder joints.

If that doesn't fix it, let me know. (You can reach me on here, with a PM, through e-mail, on Facebook, on Twitter...whichever. )
