Default M11 with spectrum,

I've read alot of things about spectrum and alot of issues they have,I'm running a tekin esc.I'm starting to see people ditching the module and running 75hrz or getting the m11x.I'm starting to think my issue with my boost working like a on/off switch is the spectrum unit.what are your guys opinions on the spectrum module/receivers?it's a sr3000 by the way

This is going to sound weird, but the only time I have had issues with the spektrum is when the antenna doesn't stick out of the tube a little. Can't figure out why, but if it doesn't I will have spots on the track where my car will just go dead. This is with a M8.

The only times i have issues with the Spektrum module in my M11 is when someone is using one of those garbage Chinese 2.4ghz radios..(FlySky /Eurgle etc..) I get throttle hits all the time.. Sounds like its cogging.. And an occasional steering hit where the car pipes itself.. Can be quite annoying.. I end up pulling the car off until they take theirs off the track.. Other than that I have had no real issues with the Spektrum module gear

I didn't have a problem with Spektrum in my m11 until I started running Tekins. I had glitching issues and the cogging like someone else said. The issues didn't happen all the time. They were sporatic. I would have problems with my buggy and my other cars would be fine. The next time, my truck would have the problem and the buggy was fine. I switched to the FHSS-2 Airtronics modules and receivers and it has worked perfectly.

How do u have your boost set on the Tekin. It might be the way you have the time and boost set. I ran my m11 with spectrum and have never had any issue with any of my Tekin esc's.

I never had a problem with my m11 w/ spektrum module... Ran it with Tekin, LRP and Novak and never had an issue.

I always ran my antennas under my bodies too...
