Just got a Mamba Monster 2200kv but do not have an esc to test it right away. I was curious when I spin it with my hands it is not very smooth. Kind of "chunky" feeling.

I was just wondering if this is normal, it was listed as "brand new" off an e-revo. Never had a 1/8 motor so wasn't sure.

we've clocked my SC8E at 82mph so far without the body on...76 with it

Just what I'm looking for SPEED! Putting it in a Ve8 and I want it to rip.

6s, and gear it to the moon, it will take it

only thing ive added to my sc8 aside from gearing, is the 15 series motor cooling fan...

with 24/44 gearing, my temps are 115 on the motor, and 130 on esc, fan never comes on for the esc

Any gearing suggestions for the Ve8? Not sure what the stock spur is.
