Default A ? on LiFe voltage

Running the Orion 1100mah 2s2p LiFe Rx batt in my D8 with 7955/7985 servos pulling the juice.

I know that Life packs are rated 6.6 and charge to 7.2, but after running the pack for a couple minutes the voltage has dropped to 6.8-6.6ish and stays there until its recharged (up to 40+ mins later). After charging the pack is way out of balance like 3.3 and 3.8 on the cells, but after running for a couple mins its back to normal around 3.3-3.4. Is this normal out of a LiFe battery. I have only ran Lipo before and have never seen the voltage drop so quick and then hold steady for so long, or charge out of balance and then correct itself.

mine are always within .1 away from each other (i use Hobbico LiFe packs though)... it may be the orion LiFe battery but it seems like LiFe doesnt want to be charged as often as LiPo or NiMh
