Futaba 4PL - HELP!

Futaba 4PL - HELP!
I just bought the Futaba 4PL 2.4G and need some help with keeping a signal. When I turn the power on the Novak GTB and the Futbaba, they link up fine, but then after a few seconds, or if I move the Futaba slightly out of range, it loses signal to the GTB and I lose connectivity to throttle and steering. Anyone know what's going on, could it be receiver?
