Default Difference between Tekin RS and RS Pro

I am looking to buy another speed control for a 1/10 offroad vehicle and wanted to know the difference between the Tekin RS and the Tekin RS Pro. Do they both set up the same? Are the both programmable through the hotwire? Thanks.

RS is a little shorter and has a higher motor limit. If you're not running a 5.5 or lower you'll be just fine with an RS, no real need for the Pro. Everything else is pretty much the same.
