Using MRT PTX with Airtronics 92524 RX
Just got my MRT personal transponder today. The plug on the transponder has an extra ear that prevents it from plugging in to the 92524 receiver. I am guessing that I need to trim that extra material off the transponder plug? Being I don't have a dremel tool, what is the best method?

A sharp knife should do the trick. Just watch polarity when you plug it in of course.

Thanks, just wanted to make sure that cutting the "ear" off was the correct fix the issue.
Got it trimmed and plugged in. Is it Saturday yet!! First trip to the track in just about 20 years!

MRT PTX
I need another pt or two and been reading up on the ptx. How do you know what the numbers are (1 flash = xxxxxxxxx, 2 flashes = xxxxxxxx, etc)? Is that information included in the paperwork from MRT so you can tell the track your pt number? What happens if there are 20 other people using a ptx at the track?
