Ok i just got this bought this charger and i am trying to figure out how to charge my batteries i am new to this hobby and i was wondering if anyone could help me out on setting it up the right way i have a 2cell 5600mh 7.4v 60c Racespec anyhelp would be great thanks

Not familiar with your charger, but settings will be the same on any charger for the same battery. Make sure it is set to Lipo balance mode, 2s or 7.4V, and 5.6A(1C) is as high as I would recommend. Many packs can be charged higher(2-5C), but in my opinion it is not good for the pack no matter what the manufacturer says.

Find someone that actually has the charger that can help, or get your manual out and follow it carefully, it appears decently documented. I looked at it last night and although it's not overly complex, but it does require settings in more than one place to run it correctly.
