Default KO Propo EX1 controller still useable?

So its been 10 years or so since I last raced competitively, and my radios are KO Propos EX1, 27mhz. Would these radios and corresponding Tekin/Novak receivers still be useable with today's technology?

Thanks for the help.

Any help with this? Would the LRP SXX TC-Spec V.s ESC be compatible with an old 27mhz Novak receiver?
