vxl3s not working?

Default vxl3s not working?

i just got a traxxas vxl3s and when i power it up everything works except the motor fumctions steering servo receiver and it has a green light and no burnt smell checked the radio it is fine and the motor is good verified with different vxl3s any ideas?

Not much help, but I have 2 that are doing the same thing. They just quit working. Took them apart, everything looks normal, nothing loose from the boards that I see. Power up and respond to throttle, but nothing to the motor. I have been meaning to send them off, its $55 each to get them replaced.

If the wiring hasn't been touched such that you know its alright, you might trya re-calibrating the esc to the radio.

ESCs do just quit working. Its not that unusual to be fine and then a few days later to just be dead.

well a call to traxxas solved the problem just programmed it to my radio and it works as it should

They are supposed to come pre-programed (calibrated), gues yours didn't. Easy enough to fix!
