Default Dynamite Passport question

I recently purchased a passport lipo 6s ac/dc charger. It is a cheap simple charger that meets my needs. My problem is I bought it used and it didn't come with the dc input pigtail.

If you have one of these chargers would you please look at your dc input pigtail and tell me if the red + wire or the black - wire goes to the side of the plug with the flat? It looks like I could make one from an old figure 8 ac cord and a couple of alligator clips as long as I know the polarity(which is not marked on the case).

Thanks.
