HK will inform you as to their decision after receiving the lipo. HK doesn't pay S&H in either direction on items they do not replace. If you want it back, you'll have to pay to ship it back.

If they replace it, they'll pay to ship the new one (won't be EMS either).

ok so if they don't replace it can I get a refund? if not I will prbby not pay for the shipping to get it back.

I hope they do replace it.

I'v dealt with this type of problem many times before....
there is a "solder bridge" inside the lipo that can break/melt if it was not soldered correctly...
It is 100% fixable if you have a good iron(40+watt) and are not afraid to open up the pack

I agree I had to fix a turnigy 3s pack before lost the connection while driving.
