Hi guys,

I am thinking of upgrading both steering & throttle servos in a 1/8th scale buggy to the Savox 1258tg. Will these be perfect for both applications? Or can any one reccomend which servos?

Thanks.

you guys wouldn't happen to know a good 1/10 scale servo that would fit in my Redcat Volcano SV would ya?

so I noticed my new Spektrum(Savox) S6040 was a bit "gritty" when rebuilding my TC. Took the casing off to check it out and everything looked fine debris wise than I noticed when putting the case back on that it was over-tightened screws binding up the bearing. Backed off the screws a bit and it's "smooth as mate":D

Just thought I would post this for anyone having a similar problem.:tire:

Yea the $5 you save on the servo goes out the window for shipping if you compare to Amain.

Speedzone is $65 for the servo and $18 shipping to Canada.
Amain is $70 +$4 shipping....wonder which one is the better deal?

Didn't realize it was to Canada. US shipping runs about 5 bucks. In that case, A-Main :p
