Default Whats up with the Sidewinder?

I bought a new Sidewinder 4600 as I thought it would suite my Stampede VXL. I wanted it for the link becouse its so much easier with my Revo w/MMM. But it seems no matter what I do it runs hot. I had to put a fan on the esc and have tried every gear between 12t and 19t with stock tires and a 90t pinion. Drivetrain is clear of any binding. Everythings smooth running except the heat. I had a much higher KV set up in this truck before the Sidewinder. I had a Exrun 60A/5.5t 6000kv set up, Novak GTB/Vector X12 6.5t(5400kv) Ez and Tacon 3930kv geared SOOOO much higher (22t/86t) and never had this problem. It was running at 165-170 while it was very cool outside. But its 70 degrees outside today and it temped at 208 after only 15 mins of bashin. No tall grass or anything. Just dirt, gravel and very short grass. Any Help! Thanks

could it be too heavy for the 4600.maybe you need the 5700 motor i have heard that there is a suggested weight for cc motors and esc

I'm running a Sidewinder/4600 in my XL5 'Pede at 21/86 on 2S with no problems, even in grass and ambient temps in the high 90s to low 100s.
Sounds like possible problems with the motor itself.
