Default problem calibrating esc to spekturm

I have a spektrum dx3.0 http://www.spektrumrc.com/Products/D...rodID=SPM20320

It is being used with a xerun 150 amp esc combo. http://www.rc-fans88.com/details.asp?prodid=1750

I has just set everything up but I cannot calibrated the transmitter with the esc.

I have followed the instructions but it just wont work.

I comes on fine. steering works. Just no throttle or brake.

I cant get the green light to come on each time I push the button with the different throttle positions etc.

Any help would be appreciated.

Adjust ur deadband. larger number. Or wider dead band.
Try revesing ur throttle or reverse.
turn any abs or stuff off on ur transmitter.

See pg 21 in the manual -

The throttle deadband feature is used to reduce/eliminate the dead throttle area that exists at neutral to the starting point of throttle and from neutral to the starting point of braking. This area is sometime known as deadband."

abs = anti-lock braking. Don't think this radio has that.....
