If you had bothered to really look you'd have found a line that said -

"DOWNLOAD CE FOR THUNDER AC6" - when you move you cursor over it, it changes color. Its right under where it says "DOWNLOAD PRODUCT PHOTO" and "DOWNLOAD AC6 manual" . This is in the middle of the page at the top in the advertising box for the charger.

Clicking "DOWNLOAD CE FOR THUNDER AC6" lets you download a zip file that has the software for the charger.

Look again, this time read a little of it before you jump to conclusions.

Don't know why they'd do that, it is some EC driven electrical compliance certificate. Read this, particularly reply 9 -

He found it here -

I'd try to do the same thing he did, in the same order. Apparently not straightforward or well documented.

I did similar with my Hyperion and have looked at in once. If I didn't have to do it to update the firmware in the charger, it wouldn't have been worth the time or the trouble....

Choose what charging function you want, press start, it will check the battery then you press start again. Should work.
