Default Servo Shutter

I recently rebuilt my hs-85 servo, and im not sure if it did this before or not, but now when i turn my steering wheel all the way one side and release it real quick it shuters a few seconds. It has brand new gears, and doesnt shutter at all when i use it normally. Im wondering if this is normal?

I have a XP 1015 servo that when I let the wheel on my DX3R snap back to center and the wheel on the radio "shutters" the servo will also. This servo is fast at .10 sec which will make a difference. Not sure if this is the same thing or not.
