Default resting voltage of lipo?

I have a quick question for you guys, after completing a 20min main i forgot to check to voltage on my battery. I had the LVC set to 13.35 on my RX8 and of course it kick in with literally 10secs left. today i checked the voltage of my 4 cells and they were all at 3.5v. so my question is, which is more important the voltage measured right after running the car or the voltage 20min later. from what i can gather the resting voltage is the voltage the pack recovers to, and this can take a few minutes. is this correct?

Yes, lipos show some voltage rebound to a resting voltage. It's usually spoken of taking minutes.

The important voltage is the dynamic voltage, since that's what your lvc is going to use to signal low voltage.
