Is it possible? yes
Is it easy or feasible on a common shaft or single out put? no

The rotors would have to be synchronized & to do that perfectly with out an adjustable mount to degree it in would be nearly impossible.

Unsensored would be easy, Sensored would be a little harder, but in the end just read from one motor once they have been synchronized.

The current offerings of big motors have kinda left the need to run dual small motors in the past...
If you want dual big motors that may be slightly insane...
Currently huge airplane speed controllers may be only choice if you draw too much power.

Can you say "Pandora's box"

The fact that the motors will go out of sync & not be able to self correct like a plane or boat prop may be a problem.

It is going to be 10x easier to go with two ESC's & just "Y" off of the receiver.
