Default hyperion duo3 charger problems

hey guys i bought the hyperion duo3 charger, and im having some problems with it, when i try to charge my 4s packs, it will start to charge, but then it says open circuit, or connection break, so i tried different leads and different balance leads and boards, but it would still say connection break, and it also says that to my 2s packs. also when i tryed to charge one of my 2s packs today, after running it for about 8 minutes on the track, it started to charge and then it said it was finished but it was at 7.5v and i just used it. do i have a messed up charger?

Are you sure you got the procedure right? This is how I normally do it on my 720 inet3: select battery type/capacity -> plug in battery main -> plug in balancer lead -> select solo charge -> enter to confirm -> enter again to confirm no. of cell -> charging.

Ok, there are some cases of dean connectors coming loose after using it for sometimes. The kink on the connectors might have flatten after many uses, take a small screwdriver and try to push the kink out a bit so that the connection is better secured, try to clean the terminals too if they are dirty...

Do these lipo charge normally on another charger? It sounds like the charger has a problem.

Are you getting the connection error message when you power up the charger? Sometimes if you turn it with the battery leads attached it will do that, try turning it on before plugging in any battery stuff to the charger.
