Default ZTW 60a ESC - programming?

I bought a car that included a ZTW 60 amp ESC. I had never heard of them before, did a little research and it seems that it might be a relabel of a Hobbywing? It runs great, but I can't figure out how to program it.

I've read that there are programming cards for them but I can't find anyone that sells them.. and honestly the real issue is calibrating the ESC throttle for the transmitter. There are lights on the ESC that blink when the throttle is neutral, then go out when the throttle is pulled on the transmitter. However at full throttle the lights do not return like most ESCs do so I'm thinking it's probably not giving 100% throttle.

Anyone have any help?

Try THIS, if its a Hobbywing then this should work. You can get the programming card for the Hobbywing at Hobbyking(labeled as Turnigy), Hobbypartz, or Ebay.
