Spektrum receiver SR3000 & 3001 with 3PK causing runaway??
Guys:
It has happened to me twice this year where I've had a runaway. Once it happened in my electric touring car where the car went full throttle into the boards, the Rx (SR3000 with fut 3PK) was found dead after the crash. This weekend, it happened yet again, nitro touring car went full throttle and kept smashing all over the place, Rx found dead (SR3001 with fut 3PK).
Not sure whether the RX's were the cause or the effect of the crashes???
Need advice...perhaps using futaba with spektrum modules is not a goodidea anymore???? any experience out there with this problem? what could cause this?
I'm geeting ready to use this radio/module combo in my new 1/8th nitro on-road...should I buy a new radio???
Both time servo's were in great condition (N/A for electric), packs were always fresh and fully charged.
Looking forward to everyone's advice.
thx!!!
