Default Mamba max wiring

Hello, I have a 1/16 revo and fried my ESC looking to get the mamba max pro for two reason one so the whole thing will run cooler and to upgrade to a big block motor later on, anyhow I am thing of getting the mamba max esc and I notice there are several wires, three of course connect to the motor, then theres a on/off switch and then the plugin for the receive that leaves two wires left and they seem at least in photos of the esc to have no connections on the end just bare wires what are these for and where do they go and for those who have been around for a bit is the mamba max esc a good choice to run with the stock 1/16 revo 380 motor until I upgrade maybe lol to a big block if I don and I do keep the stock motor is it a good choice of esc and about those two extra wires lol, sorry newbie and I WANT power power power lol but want to keep things running cool thanks Scott

the battery? Two wires to the battery, three to the motor, three to the receiver, and then the on/off switch
