Default Bent Rotor

I have a novak hv pro system in my losi 8ight with a 6.5 motor, for some reason I have bent 2 rotor shafts and blew one rotor up by the rotor throwing out the front bearing. Why would the rotor shafts be bending? I put everything in according to the novak directions. Gear mesh was set properly and nothing was loose so I am at a loss as to why this has happend. Can any one can help?

Chassis flex was an issue in the nitro 8ight chewing up its fair share of clutch bells and bearings. The fix for the nitro version was to give this car slightly more gap in your gear mesh.

This may work for the electric version as well - if it flexes enough under hard driving/rough landings that it put sstrain on the pinion and rotor shaft and bearing.

You should space your steering servo up off the chassis too
